Эндопародонтальные поражения: роль состояния пульпы зуба в прогностическом аспекте хирургического лечения пациентов с хроническим пародонтитом (обзор литературы)
Аннотация
Цель работы – анализ научных публикаций о хирургических методах лечения пациентов с хроническим пародонтитом (ХП) при различном состоянии пульпы зубов. Проанализировали 540 клинических и 120 экспериментальных случаев лечения людей и животных с хроническим пародонтитом в области зубов с жизнеспособной пульпой и после эндодонтического лечения. Анализ материалов исследования выявил несостоятельность и противоречивость доказательной базы, а также позволил обосновать актуальность дальнейших исследований в этом направлении.
